After major surgery and finding I had an autoimmune disease, my life felt it was slipping away from me. I was very tired, with a lot of questions, I felt empty, and like something inside me was blocking me and judging, criticizing everything I was trying to set up and change. It was by tapping my arms and other areas that she questioned my body. I felt warmth in certain places, I had visions of beautiful colours, landscapes and a great relaxation settled in me.
