The Medicine Wheel or the Sacred Hoop of Life is used throughout the native tribes of Turtle Island (North America) for personal and community health, balance and connection – with each other and with the different worlds of Grandmother Earth – the elements, minerals, plants, animals, humans, ancestors and teachers. In this series of workshops we will journey to find what it means to be a Sacred Human at this time and use sound, meditation, practical exercises and art to connect more deeply at a Heart level with Life and so with ourselves and each other.
